Spyder Web Enterprises, LLC (the “Company”) is the provider of the website at www.golfputz.com (the “Site”) along with all products and services (the “Services”) made available through the Site and is the owner of the Site. The Company seeks to respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect during your use of the Services. To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you:

  2. (2) are not currently restricted from the Services, or not otherwise prohibited from having a Spyder Web Enterprises account;
  3. (3) will maintain only one Spyder Web Enterprises account at any given time;
  4. (4) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; and
  5. (5) will not violate any rights of the Company, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights.

The Company requires “email address” and “first name” in order to register for and operate the Services as designed. Other optional information for optimal use of the Service includes “last name” (optional), “address” (optional), phone number (optional), gender (optional), birth date (optional), left or right handed golfer (optional), golf handicap (optional), home course (optional). This optional data is used to compile a golfer profile to optimize user experience and appropriately play designed live golf games with other golfers. If any user wants to have any data removed, simply send email from the email form at golfputz.com and we will remove any requested data within 48 hours of receiving notice. User data is shared with golfputz.com, which is the same company as the golfputz app.

The Company will also collect non-personally identifiable information. This will typically include browser type, language preference, IP address, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The Company collects this data to optimize and iterate to best serve its users. This information will never be released on an individual basis, but may be released in a compiled manner. The Company may also use cookies or web beacons to track a user’s interactions with the Service. This information will be used for internal purposes only to optimize the Service. Users can opt-out of cookies by utilizing the settings provided in their browsers.

The Company believes that the privacy of its users is paramount and strives to use their data only in ways outlined in this Privacy Policy. Most uses of data are for internal purposes only. The Company may occasionally inform users of new releases and features via any communication methods you have provided to the Service.
